Job Elders is managing partner at Greenfield Capital Partners, a private equity investor focussed on technology, industrial and B2B companies generally with revenue from 5 - 50 million. As a serial entrepreneur, Job Elders founded five technology firms and was director of the Enschede Innovatie Fonds (Enschede Innovation Fund). He was an investor in Xsens, and acted as a statutory director until its acquisition by Fairchild Semiconductor (NASDAQ, FCS). With Greenfield as a co-investor, Job also set up C2V, of which he served as director until it was acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific (NYSE, TMO). Previously he was founder and director of TMP and VP & GM Alcatel Optronics Netherlands following its acquisition by Alcatel (NYSE, ALU). Job chairs the supervisory board of Solmates BV and Micronit BV, is advisor to Zenzium Inc (MA, USA) and to the 747 Stuyvesant and 747 Hudson funds (NY, USA). He is a board member of the Greenfield Foundation, the Erik Bleumink Fund and the Kipachi Talent Fund. Job holds a PhD in physical chemistry.
